Electronic Grade Fluorine-Based Coating ZC-1000 & ZC-2000 are a series of fast-drying fluorine-based coating products formulated from fluoropolymers and fluorine-based solvents. They can quickly form an ultra-thin, transparent, water- and oil-repellent, moisture-proof, anti-rust and anti-diffusion protective coating on the surface of electronic products, electronic components (such as PCBA, electronic connectors, etc.), precision instruments, and meters. The coating cures rapidly and is easy to apply, remove, and repair. The solution and polymers have low toxicity, do not deplete the ozone layer, and comply with RoHS standards. Among them, the CT-1000 series is transparent and does not affect appearance. The CT-2000 series contains a light yellow dye that fluoresces under UV light, helping to inspect the coating and control its quality during application.
CT series coatings allow adjustment of solvent type to achieve the drying speed desired by customers.
CT series coatings allow adjustment of solid content to meet different levels of protection required by different customers (in principle, higher concentration increases moisture and corrosion resistance, while lower concentration makes piercing easier, suitable for protecting connectors).
CT series coatings can be enhanced with antistatic properties to meet customer requirements for antistatic performance.
